Mark lives in Kettering and is a freelance piano tutor locally and is a highly sought after accompanist throughout the midland region. Mark is currently the organist at Ss Peter & Paul, Kettering, the assistant organist at All Hallows, Wellingborough and is one of the resident organists at Warren Hill Crematorium in Kettering.
Mark is also one of the pool of accompanists for the award-winning Northampton Male Voice Choir and is also pianist for the newly-founded North Northants Music Festival.
Mark has accompanied the choir further afield when we have competed in Llandudno, Wales and at the Peterborough International Women's Festival.
As an accompanist he has worked with Northampton Bach Choir, Leicester Philharmonic Choir, and Wombourne and District Choral Society. Mark has accompanied many choirs at Cathedrals in this country - St Paul's, Peterborough, Coventry, Bradford, Ely, Truro, and Lichfield. He has worked as a répétiteur for the Royal Academy of Dance, London, Birmingham Royal Ballet Co. and education department.

He was involved with the “Ballet Hoo” project, broadcast by Channel 4 television in 1996. In 2009 Mark was the organist for the Schools Prom’s concert at the Royal Albert Hall, London. In June & July 2011 he was the organist for Earl Spencer's wedding at Althorpe House and for the Duchess of Buccleuch and Queensbury's memorial service. In November 2014 Mark was organist for the Thanksgiving Service of the late Hugh de Capell Brooke.
As of February 2024, Mark took up the post of resident pianist and organist for the newly formed Encore Choir based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire.
