Born in Kettering, Northamptonshire, aged 28, Joshua is the Musical Director of The Decibelles and many other choirs throughout Northamptonshire.
Joshua studied music at Bishop Stopford School and then went on to receiving a Diploma in Music and has since put his academic knowledge to the test.
Having led many choirs to award winning status over the years there seems to be no signs of this easing up with The Decibelles already placing at Oundle Festival of Music & Drama 2019 after just 1 year since its formation.
Joshua has often been awarded for his contributions to Music, whilst studying Music as Brooke Weston Academy he was awarded the Prize Giving Award Consecutively for 3 years for his contributions to music within the academy.
Joshua is also invited to work closely with The Mayor of Borough of Kettering and was proudly presented a plaque for his part in helping Mayor and Mayoress Cllr James Burton and Lorraine Burton in raising over £10,000 during their time in office.
Joshua went on to win a Choir Conductor's award at Peterborough's inaugural International Women's Choral Festival in June 2023.
Joshua is foremost known for his singing. Singing at some prestigious venues such as Westminster Abbey, Ely Cathedral, St Paul's Cathedral, Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Coventry Cathedral, Peterborough Cathedral, Actors Church in Covent Garden & Covent Garden to name but a few.
Singing tenor and countertenor, he is very much in demand for his ability to sing both parts with conviction, purity and absolute accuracy.
